Shift availability is based on operational needs, with emphasis on adaptability across departments. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and comply with all safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Willingness to use scissors and knives safely.
• Able to work at line speeds in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach.
• Able to lift products and materials as required by the department.
• Willingness to work in cold, damp, hot, or humid environments.
• Able to work safely on potentially slippery surfaces.
• Able to climb stairs and work on multiple levels of the facility.
• Flexibility to work in any processing department and on any available shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in a poultry processing facility.
• Work in any processing department and on any available shift based on operational needs.

• Maintain production standards while working on fast-moving processing lines.
