Job summary

Tyson Foods in the United States is seeking General Production Team Members to support its Smart Chicken poultry processing operations. You will perform a variety of production and labor functions as assigned and may rotate across areas based on needs, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes tray packing, packaging, handling inedible materials, debone support, and distribution tasks, with shift options.

Qualifications

• General production duties in a poultry processing facility.
• Ability to perform repetitive labor and operate packaging and cutting tools safely.
• Willingness to rotate between departments as needed and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Tray packing and packaging of poultry products.
• Packaging packer duties including sealing, labeling, boxing.
• Handling and processing inedible materials per safety standards.
• Debone support functions with knives and cutting tools.
• Rehanger labor to maintain product flow.
• Wing cutting operations and sorting to meet FPS standards.
• Distribution tasks: sorting, palletizing, and loading orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of areas and equipment.
