Job summary

Bell & Evans is seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our team. This full-time role performs a variety of duties involved in the processing and handling of poultry products, including working with live chickens and raw chicken.

Responsibilities include handling, processing, deboning, cutting, packing, weighing, moving, and inspecting poultry, while following safety, quality, and production standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Training may be provided to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform poultry processing duties safely and efficiently.
• Handle, inspect, cut, debone, pack, weigh, move, and process poultry products.
• Work across departments as needed to meet production demands.
• Maintain production speeds while following safety and quality procedures.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and work in hot, cold, and noisy environments.
