Job Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Gain knowledge of all departmental functions.
  2. Assist in supervising production team members.
  3. Ensure team is following safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance.
  4. Monitor and assign duties as necessary for team members.
  5. Assist in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
  6. Support training and cross-training of team members.
  7. Record and manage inventory and supplies.
  8. Perform safety inspections to ensure team safety.
Qualifications
  • At least 1+ year of leadership experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of poultry plant operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English language skills required; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
