Job summary

Koch Foods in Collinsville, Alabama seeks a skilled supervisor to lead a production team in a food processing environment. You will ensure compliance with safe food handling, GMPs, and regulatory standards while driving quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, audits, reporting, and coordination with USDA inspectors and QA. Strong English skills are required; Spanish bilingualism is a plus. A bachelor's in food, animal, or poultry science is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food, Animal or Poultry Science or related field.
• 3+ years supervisor experience in poultry or meat processing.
• Proficient technology, computer, mathematics and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English language required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
