The ideal candidate will have extensive maintenance leadership in a food production environment, strong PLC/electrical skills, and proven mentoring ability to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in food production maintenance.
• 4+ years maintenance supervisor or superintendent experience in a food production plant.
• Experience with procession equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
