Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pack or load poultry breast or thigh meat on elevated platforms and conveyors.
• Weigh bags of product at a scale.
• Remove fat from turkey skin using air-powered blades.
• Form and load cases for packaging.
• Seal cases with tape and place sealed packages on racks.
• Transport racks up to 2000 lbs with assistance.
• Wear PPE and operate cleaning hoses for containers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
