StartupNWA is seeking a dedicated production worker to support the Debone line. You will rotate across tasks to cover all Debone positions, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.

In this role, you will operate in a cold production environment and collaborate with team members to meet daily targets. Prior poultry or food processing exposure is preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and lean principles.

Qualifications

• Preference for poultry or food processing experience.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform Debone line tasks including cutting breasts, wings, pulling skin and loading product.
• Rotate positions to cover all Debone line duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Support team objectives and adhere to LEAN processes and safety policies.
