Cobb in Missouri is seeking a data technician to support poultry operations. You will collect data in feed conversion houses, weigh birds, and record feed/die-off metrics, then assist in a dissection lab following approved protocols.

You will also perform routine lab duties, housekeeping, and biosecurity compliance to ensure safe, clean working conditions. Requires steady work history and willingness to work 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• Ability to follow instructions and log data accurately.
• Comfort with working in a poultry production environment and biosecurity rules.

Responsibilities

• Collect data in feed conversion houses and record weights, feed, and mortality.
• In dissection lab, euthanize birds and dissect per protocol; record weights and defects.
• Perform housekeeping, safety, and cleaning tasks; follow biosecurity guidelines.
