Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. in Pineville, MO is seeking a Chick Puller/De-stacker to support our poultry processing operations. You will operate the re-staker and de-staker, ensure proper pallet placement, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment in a noisy, dusty facility.

The role requires the ability to lift 25 pounds, push/pull heavy pallets with a pallet jack, and work overtime as needed. Prior poultry or food processing experience is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate the re-staker and de-staker to place chick boxes on pallets.
• Monitor staging of chick pallets to maximize air flow and move loaded pallets to the staging area.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the chick room and work area.
