Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Install tooling and set program parameters before production starts.
• Operation: Run the machine per work orders and monitor performance to maintain quality.
• Quality Control: Inspect inputs/outputs while following animal welfare guidelines.
• Maintenance: Perform routine checks, cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify issues, respond to alarms, and stop the machine if safety or quality is at risk; notify maintenance.
