You will work in a physical environment, lift and move as needed, and follow safety protocols. Training is available, and weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Care for laying hens by monitoring their health and well-being.
• Keep barns clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Ensure birds have continuous access to feed and water.
• Monitor egg collection equipment and maintain egg flow.
• Perform routine bird and egg checks.
• Report equipment, ventilation, or maintenance concerns.
• Complete daily records and documentation.
• Follow all farm safety, biosecurity and PPE requirements.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other farm duties as assigned.
