Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Care for 90,000 up to 115,000 birds per pullet house for the life of the flock.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and collaborate with coworkers and management.
• Ensure barn is washed, dusted, swept and repaired for new flock.
• Monitor feed, ventilation, lighting, heating, and water; make adjustments as needed.
• Remove mortality from cages daily and report on barn sheets.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and replace motors/belts as needed.
• Follow LOTO safety procedures and maintain safety shields.
• Keep loading deck clear of ice, snow, and garbage; perform general housekeeping.
• Follow bio-security guidelines and GMPs to maintain food safety and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
