We are currently seeking a Pouch Line Mechanic A in Janesville, WI.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in computer technology or equivalent work experience, proficient in Microsoft Windows, and capable of navigating operator interfaces and PLC-based equipment.
• Effective communication with management, quality department, and colleagues.
• Understanding of proper documentation and paperwork handling related to operations.
• Ability to read machine drawings and electrical schematics.
• Mechanical aptitude for routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, sometimes in awkward positions.
• Extensive walking, climbing, and some crawling required.
• Attention to detail when working with diagrams, prints, manuals, and specifications.
• Responsibility for verifying thermal processes, maintaining production flow, and ensuring equipment is in proper working order.
• Perform all duties as described and other tasks assigned by management.
