You will follow GMPs and safety rules, assist with clean-up, monitor product quality, read simple instructions, and communicate effectively with teammates to maintain food safety and a smooth, efficient production run.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Empty baskets of cooked potatoes into the hopper feeding tiromat.
• Follow GMPs related to food handling.
• Move baskets to the basket wash conveyor for sanitizing.
• Ensure potatoes are not contaminated by hand dip stations per GMPs.
• Assist with end-of-shift clean-up and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Visually inspect potatoes to ensure correct product on packaging line.
