Baxter & Woodman is seeking a Potable Water Design Project Manager to lead design projects for water treatment, storage, and supply in Illinois.

You will build teams, manage budgets, and ensure QA/QC while mentoring staff and growing client relationships within a dynamic engineering practice.

This role emphasizes client interaction, proposal development, and cross-disciplinary coordination across multiple offices.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois.
• Experience with potable water design projects.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and standards.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

• Lead potable water design projects from conception to completion.
