Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN nights at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence. Responsibilities include patient assessments, nursing interventions, and documentation of care. Ideal candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current RN license, and BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS preferred. Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• Basic Life Support certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide patient care based on condition and age.
• Document medical necessity in patient records.
• Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans.
• Conduct Quality Improvement assessments.
