Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a CNA/LNA to join the WIS Post Partum team at Banner Gateway in Gilbert, AZ. You will assist nurses, care for pregnant and new mothers and infants, and provide essential unit support in a fast-paced, magnet-designated environment.

The role involves floating across Postpartum, Labor & Delivery, HUC and NICU on a rotating day shift, with weekend/holiday scheduling and differential pay when applicable. Join a team focused on excellent patient care and growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA or LNA required with ability to work day shift.
• Experience in Women and Infant Services is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and patient-centered care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with care of pregnant and delivered mothers and infants.
• Provide administrative support to the WIS team.
• Float across WIS units including Postpartum, LDR, HUC and NICU as needed.
• Support shift coverage and collaborate with the nursing staff.
