Banner University Medical Center Tucson is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (CNA) for the Postpartum Unit. This full-time, day-shift role (7:00 am–7:30 pm) requires weekend rotations. The position involves patient care, data collection, and support with routine tasks to ensure comfort and safety.

In this role you will work under supervision, maintain patient records, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as part of a fast-paced team dedicated to quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current CNA certification in state of practice required for new hires and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care to promote comfort and overall plan of care.
• Collect vital signs, input/output, and other delegated measurements.
• Transcribe and process physician orders in the electronic medical record.
