Job summary

Magnera seeks a Manufacturing Operator for the Augusta facility to direct daily line activities, ensuring production goals and safety compliance.

You will train operators per instructions, monitor packaging quality, and uphold safety policies while evaluating new staff. A high school diploma or GED is required along with at least one year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion.
• Strong computer aptitude.
• Berry Global forklift operator's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work activities on the line in order to meet productivity and production goals.
• Train operators in accordance to work instructions and training plan.
• Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed by line personnel.
• Evaluate new operators following the OJTs.
