Legion Health aims to deliver the best psychiatric care globally, leveraging AI to automate operations and improve patient experiences. We are building a full-stack AI-native psychiatry network, providing high-quality care and automating scheduling, billing, and risk analysis.
Role Importance
We need a data expert to integrate our scattered data sources, instrument all user interactions, and make growth metrics accessible and actionable for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Centralized Growth Metrics & Dashboards: Consolidate data from GA4, scorecards, billing, EMR, and provider feeds into a single source of truth using PostHog/Segment. Automate KPI collection and reporting, including CAC, onboarding conversions, provider availability, patient retention, and reimbursement metrics. Set up real-time alerts and maintain a data dictionary.
- End-to-End Analytics Stack (Future): Implement comprehensive tracking with PostHog, Segment, and GA4. Instrument product events and validate data flow from click to conversion.
- Democratized Data Access (Future): Set up data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake, enable ad-hoc analysis with BI tools, and conduct workshops for team self-service.
- Reporting & Knowledge Transfer: Replace manual reporting with automated views, deliver weekly summaries, and document data models and dashboards for future maintenance.
Success Indicators
- Automate and centralize KPI reporting.
- Reduce reporting lag to minutes.
- Detect anomalies proactively with alerts.
- Standardize metric definitions across teams.
- Reduce manual data work significantly.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience piping data from GA4, scorecards, billing, EMR, and provider feeds into analytics platforms.
- Ability to define, automate, and centralize key healthcare metrics.
- Building dashboards, setting up alerts, and maintaining data dictionaries.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Segment, RudderStack, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of BigQuery, Snowflake, and BI tools like Mode or Metabase.
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics.
- Experience with JS/TS event tagging and schema design.
- Ability to teach non-technical teammates.
- Familiarity with healthcare data compliance and attribution modeling.
