The role requires strong PostgreSQL experience, Linux proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of database administration experience.
• Strong PostgreSQL and Linux skills.
• Experience with database patching, upgrades and security.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL/EDB databases across enterprise environments.
• Production support, performance tuning, backup and recovery, high availability, disaster recovery, patching, upgrades, cloud migrations, security, monitoring, and automation.
• Troubleshoot database issues independently while collaborating with application and infrastructure teams.
• Develop and maintain databases based on specifications.
• Manage security of database structures and corporate data.
