Job summary

Argonne National Laboratory's Center for Nanoscale Materials is seeking postdoctoral researchers to advance superconducting photonic quantum devices for a heterogeneous quantum network. The role includes designing the devices, fabricating them in the CNM cleanroom, and characterizing them in CNM quantum labs.

The successful candidates will work with a highly collaborative team and engage with Argonne and UChicago scientists, as well as external collaborators, to perform local and network quantum

Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be-completed PhD in experimental physics, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a research environment.
