Qualifications

  • PhD required in engineering, biophysics, computational biology or related field.
  • Experience with scientific algorithm development and protein design.

Responsibilities

  • Review literature on biomolecular structure, design technologies and deep learning methods.
  • Assess gaps in current computational tools for protein engineering.
  • Develop new deep learning approaches for antibody engineering and biomolecular design.
  • Create novel ML tools and assemble datasets for model training and evaluation.
  • Critically assess biomolecular designs using multiple models and physics-based methods.
  • Collaborate with experimental teams to evaluate design strategies and publish results.
