Prof. Romit Maulik in the College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) at the University Park campus seeks applicants for a postdoctoral scholar in Scientific Machine Learning. The successful candidate will develop and deploy state-of-the-art SciML algorithms in high-performance computational physics codes.
We accept applications from candidates with a Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields. Successful candidates must have a Ph.D. or terminal degree prior to employment at Penn State. This appointment is for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding.
