Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate VR/MR-based experiential learning studies for workforce training.
• Analyze multimodal data in VR environments (eye-tracking, interaction/event logs) to model expert engineers' decision-making.
• Apply machine learning to develop VR/MR workforce-training applications for assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with HCI, Educational Technology, and Electrical Engineering across research questions and study designs.
• Disseminate findings through peer-reviewed publications and conferences in HCI and Educational Technology.
• Contribute to technical and progress reports for funding agencies.
