Qualifications

• PhD-level expertise in colloid science and interfaces.
• Hands-on mastery of surface characterization techniques and interfacial phenomena.
• Ability to translate fundamental science into practical product design rules.

Responsibilities

• Experimental design to characterize phase behavior of surfactant systems.
• Investigate interactions between surfactants and dentifrice components.
• Develop models for flavor release and headspace partitioning.
• Integrate data into predictive computational models for formulation design.
• Collaborate across R&D teams and publish findings.
