Synthires is seeking a STEM Expert (MSc./PhD) for a remote, part-time contractor role to support AI training through rigorous problem solving and data analysis, using Python-based workflows.

You will review AI-generated solutions for scientific and mathematical accuracy, identify errors, and provide precise, feedback-driven input from your field of expertise.

Flexible schedule, about 15 hours per week, with immediate onboarding and the first task expected within 24–48 hours after onboarding.

Formación

• Strong expertise in at least one STEM field such as chemistry, biology, mathematics, physics, geoscience, environmental science, or robotics.
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
• Strong scientific, mathematical, or quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for STEM and scientific-domain experts to contribute to AI training through technical problem-solving, scientific reasoning, data analysis, and Python-based workflows. Candidates need deep expertise in at least one relevant scientific or quantitative field; expertise across all STEM disciplines is not required.

• Relevant expertise gained through academic research, industry, teaching, engineering, or independent technical work.

Compensation

• $60–$120/hour, with output-based payment for tasks meeting project specifications.
• Approximately 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Immediate availability preferred; first task expected within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
