The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking a Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Research Associate in Latina/Latino Studies for the 2027-2028 academic year. The position is a nine-month appointment starting August 16, 2027, renewable for a second year.
Primary focus is Latina/Latino Studies with opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities include research, teaching one course in Latina/Latino Studies, and contributing to the intellectual life of the program.
Formación
- PhD or terminal degree completed by Aug 15, 2027.
- External appointment; current UIUC faculty or graduate students are not eligible.
- Scholars may contribute interdisciplinary research within Latina/Latino Studies.
Responsabilidades
- Teach one course in Latina/Latino Studies.
- Conduct research and participate in teaching within the program.
- Engage in research activities and contribute to departmental scholarly life.
