• PhD in behavioral or social science required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral, organizational, and workforce-related research.
• Support study design, literature reviews, participant recruitment, data collection, analysis and interpretation.
• Prepare scholarly and practitioner-facing materials.
• Manage project timelines and communicate with collaborators.
• Follow applicable research and institutional requirements; mentor students or research assistants.
