Duties and Responsibilities

• Analytical methods/tools development for high-dimensional genomics data.
• Integration of multimodal omics such as transcriptomics, proteomics, epigenetics, and metabolomics.
• Integration of omics with genetic data to elucidate mechanisms of complex diseases.
• Applications in Alzheimer’s disease (AD), Parkinson’s disease, and aging-related traits.

Position Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as R, Python.
• Experience working with large-scale genomics datasets, next-generation sequencing data, software development, and high-performance computing in high-performance computing clusters with Linux environment is highly desirable.
