Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Structural Biology, or related discipline.
- Strong foundation in molecular biology, mass spectrometry-based proteomics, or chemical probe development.
- Prior experience with protein complex analysis and crosslinking chemistry is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with manuscript and presentation contributions.
- Commitment to scientific rigor, integrity, and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead studies on molecular and ecological drivers of pathogen emergence.
- Design and execute experiments across molecular microbiology, host-pathogen interactions and structural biology.
- Analyze large-scale proteomic data and interpret results.
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to collaborative projects.
