The Pearson Lab at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Pharmacy invites applications for up to three postdoctoral fellow positions, with flexible start dates between July 1, 2025, and January 1, 2026 (or later). These positions offer the opportunity to lead innovative projects in translational immunology, biomaterials, and drug delivery.

Available Positions

– Translational Immunology Fellow: Lead research on the development of nanoparticle-based immunotherapies for polymicrobial sepsis.

– En Route Care Fellow: Oversee the development of immunomodulatory hydrogel systems containing nanoparticles to promote wound healing and prevent polymicrobial infections.

– Polymer Chemistry and Drug Delivery Fellow: Focus on the design, synthesis, and characterization of novel polymers for immunomodulatory applications, including nanoparticle formulation for targeted delivery.
