Job summary

You will design and execute independent research on mechanisms of immune suppression in human tumors, develop multicellular co-culture systems and ex vivo models, and integrate multi-omics readouts to advance immuno-oncology discovery.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in tumor immunology, cancer biology, immunology, or related discipline.
• Strong publication record demonstrating independence and innovation.
• Hands-on experience with tumor-immune cell co-cultures and advanced systems (3D or ex vivo).
• Experience with genetic perturbation techniques (CRISPR-based).
• Ability to design, optimize, and execute complex research projects and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct independent research on immune suppression in human tumors.
• Develop multicellular co-culture systems with primary cells.
• Establish ex vivo tumor models using patient-derived materials.
• Apply genetic perturbation technologies (CRISPR) to interrogate pathways.
• Integrate high-content phenotypic, multi-omics, and spatial readouts.
