Qualifications

• PhD/ScD/DrPH in public health or related field.
• Methodological training in implementation science.
• Experience with human-centered co-design for implementation strategies.

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and with community partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and conduct of implementation science studies, including hybrid effectiveness-implementation trials.
• Develop, refine, and evaluate implementation strategies using human-centered design.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative data collection and analyses.
• Contribute to methodological and scientific innovation in implementation science.
• Publish results in peer‑reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Support dissemination to academic, policy, and community audiences.
• Build lab infrastructure, SOPs, data systems, and IRB templates.
• Engage with community partnerships and grant development.
