Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a postdoctoral research fellow to join a multi-site team analyzing data from trials of motor-based treatment for childhood apraxia of speech. The role will build an open research repository and examine predictors of treatment response, using R and advanced statistics.

Mentorship is provided and travel funds are available for conferences. The position is fixed-term for 21 months, with a hybrid work arrangement and the possibility to engage in teaching or mentoring

Qualifications

• PhD (or candidacy) in quantitative or developmental psychology, or related field.
• Strong background in statistics and psychometrics.
• Experience with multilevel models and Bayesian methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate data and build the research repository.
• Conduct statistical analyses for the planned aims.
• Disseminate findings through peer‑reviewed publications and conference proceedings.
• Receive structured mentorship and travel funding to present work at conferences.
