Job summary

UNSW is seeking a Post-Doctoral Fellow (Level A) to advance research on the stability of perovskite single‑junction and tandem solar cells. Under the supervision of Scientia Prof.

Martin Green and Dr Jessica Yajie Jiang, you will contribute to defined projects and deepen your PV research expertise. The role is full‑time (35 hours) at Kensington, Sydney, Australia, with a fixed term of 12 months and potential extension up to 3 years.

Qualifications

• A PhD in related field with research relevant to next-generation solar cell design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in perovskite solar cells.
• Proven experience in establishing and developing R&D facilities.
• Experience in physical characterisation of perovskite solar cells.
• Background in stability testing and failure analysis.
• Hands-on fabrication and processing experience.
• Discipline knowledge updates and independent research ability.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Publications and conference presentations track record.

Responsibilities
