Job summary

Tandem PV seeks a dedicated team member to join our R&D lab, developing thin-film solution deposition processes for perovskite solar modules. You will work closely with engineers to execute experiments and refine deposition techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have lab experience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to document processing steps precisely. We value autonomy, collaboration, and a passion for sustainable energy development.

Qualifications

• Experience in science or engineering industry; ability to push projects forward as part of a team.
• Hands-on lab experience is a plus.
• Experience with microdispensing, screen printing, or inkjet printing is desirable.
• Able to take detailed notes of processing conditions and observations when running experiments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to execute experimental plans for perovskite modules.
• Develop and optimize thin-film solution deposition processes in the R&D lab.
• Interface with teams to advance performance and durability of modules.
