Myana is seeking a post-doctoral fellow to join the Center for Inherited Myology Research. The role involves conducting mechanistic laboratory research focusing on muscular dystrophy, utilizing in vitro and in vivo models with significant responsibilities in data analysis and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in genetics or molecular biology and 2-3 years of experience in cellular modeling and microscopy. A hybrid work arrangement is available with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience with cellular modeling including immortalized and primary culturing.
• 2 - 3 years of experience with cell and tissue microscopy.
• Independent and creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for ongoing mouse studies.
• Present work at internal and external meetings.
