Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience with cellular modeling and genetic disease modeling.
• Experience in cell and tissue microscopy and CRISPR/Cas9 applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and genetically engineer patient-derived cells.
• Develop assays to quantify disease severity and establish cell culture SOPs.
• Mentor lab technicians and graduate students.
