Responsibilities

Details of Research Project: In this research project, the postdoctoral fellow will investigate the use of selective modified mRNA to treat different diseases, such as diabetic foot, skin ageing and cardiac regeneration. Using murine and pig models, they will perform detailed activity and identify therapeutic genes that could promote regeneration and rejuvenation. Our studies are designed to advance toward human clinical trials and evaluate therapeutic value.

Technical Duties: The candidate will be responsible for conducting in vitro screening experiments; preparing modified mRNA; formulating and characterizing lipid nanoparticles (LNPs); analyzing high‑throughput datasets; designing, planning, and analyzing in vivo studies in small and large animal models; summarizing research findings; and preparing manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals.

Qualifications

Educational and other Requirements: PhD, MD, or MD/PhD.

Experience Required: The qualified applicant should be skilled in regenerative medicine techniques and have at least one of the following areas of expertise: cardiac repair, RNA biology, synthetic biology, heart failure, cardiology, immunology, or molecular biology.

Compensation

Salary range: $72,500 - $80,000 annually. Actual salaries depend on experience, education, and operational needs. No bonuses, incentives, or other forms of compensation or benefits are included.
