UTMB Health in Galveston, TX seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher to conduct advanced glycoproteomics research under a faculty mentor. The role involves designing experiments, optimizing LC-MS/MS workflows, analyzing data, and publishing results in scientific journals.

The candidate will train staff and students, support grant proposals, and help expand MSF capabilities. This is a training, non-permanent appointment with opportunities for collaborative work.

Competenze

• PhD or clinical doctorate and strong research experience in glycomics/glycoproteomics.
• Experience with LC-MS/MS method development and sample prep.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate results clearly.
• Experience with SOPs, quality control and reproducibility.

• Develops and validates LC-MS/MS workflows for glycoproteomics.
