Job summary

The Kommagani laboratory in the Department of Pathology at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate position. The Postdoctoral Associate will involve a multi-disciplinary research team to focus on gynecological pathology research.

Qualifications

• MD or Ph.D. in Basic Science, Health Science, or a related field.
• No experience required.
• Experience in reproductive biology research is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and conducts research experiments related to gynecological pathologies.
• Collects, analyzes, and documents experiment results.
• Performs different cell and molecular biology studies using mice and primary cells.
• Documents results of experiments and reports to principal investigator.
• Conducts literature searches and summarizes information for ongoing projects.
• Involves in collaborative projects with other groups in department.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
