Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with strong power systems and controls background.
• Experience with field testing, deployment, and data analysis in energy systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-world field deployment and experimental commissioning of residential BESS and V2X pilot sites in Colorado.
• Develop and validate controls for BESS and V2X to maximize energy cost savings and resilience.
• Analyze high-resolution telemetry from 30+ sites to quantify economic value and grid impact.
• Publish results in high-impact journals.
