Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow interested in developing new statistical and computational methods in cancer research. Our group works closely with physicians and biologists to study antitumor immune responses using rich, cutting-edge omics datasets, including single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics (ST), and hyperplex immunofluorescence (hIF), derived from tissue samples of cancer patients treated with radiotherapy.
