Other Work/Responsibilities | The primary responsibility of this position is to perform innovative research in data analytics and publish research results. A particular focus of your research will be on mining publicly available data repositories and use machine learning to discover linkages between heterogeneous biological, social, and environmental data and human health.A second research focus of this position is to build a list of key enzymes, genes, and polymorphisms that have known links to essential nutrients, environmentally relevant compounds, and dietary biomarkers. Another responsibility of this position is to assist in preparing annual project reports for grants that fund your research. This includes providing technical details of your research and milestones that you have achieved. |
