The Department of Statistical Science at Duke University is hiring a Postdoctoral Associate to work under the primary direction of Professor David Dunson. An emphasis will be on collaborations in cancer genomics, working with Professor Sandeep Dave, and on novel statistical methodology development. Qualified candidates should receive a PhD in statistics or a closely related field prior to start of the position. Ideal candidates will have a background in high-dimensional statistics, computational algorithms, statistical genomics and/or Bayesian methodology. Teaching opportunities will be available as desired.
