The Ye Lab is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Associate to join our team and contribute to an NIH-funded project focused on understanding how glioma hijacks the tumor microenvironment to drive malignant progression. The role involves investigating the role of astrocytes in glioma progression and their modulation of the tumor microenvironment using genetically engineered mouse and human glioma models, advanced imaging, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, and molecular biology approaches. The successful candidate will lead research projects from experimental design through data analysis to presentations at lab meetings, conferences, and seminars, and will prepare manuscripts for peer‑reviewed publications. They will also mentor research technicians and students and support their career development while gaining new skills in a collaborative research environment.
