The Global Labor and Work department of the ILR School is seeking a postdoctoral research associate whose research focuses on international organizations with a focus on labor rights or economic and social rights. Candidates should have theoretical expertise in international relations, international organizations, international labor law or international human rights.
Successful candidates should have research experience and theoretical knowledge of the working of international organizations, with a strong preference for those whose work includes labor rights or economic and social rights. These include the International Labor Organization and the Human Rights Council.

This is an academic, full‑time, non‑tenure track term opportunity located in Ithaca, NY on the campus of Cornell University, and is benefits eligible.
$70,000.00 salary, a modest research budget, and a moving allowance. Pay rate will be determined considering prior relevant work, education level, academic discipline, and applicable skills.
