St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join the Yang Lab in the Department of Surgery.

The role focuses on the translational study of fusion transcriptional factors in rhabdomyosarcoma, using cutting-edge genetic, epigenetic, cellular, and pharmacologic approaches in human and genetic models. Formación

• Ph.D. in molecular biology, cancer biology, biochemistry, developmental biology, immunology, or related fields.
• Experience with mouse models; genome editing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong publication record demonstrating scientific rigor and productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Design and conduct experiments investigating mechanism of chimeric transcriptional factors in regulating gene transcription.
• Evaluate preclinical efficacy of immunomodulators and underlying mechanism.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including cancer biologists and clinicians.
• Present findings at national and international meetings and contribute to manuscript preparation and grant proposals.
